About

At Stack Overflow, I ship agentic features on our enterprise knowledge platform. I work on evaluation frameworks that measure whether agent outputs are grounded, useful, and safe. I work at all levels of the stack from frontend, backend, prompt-level changes up to deployments.

Before Stack Overflow, I was on Ada's core agent harness — the system behind Ada's automated customer conversations. There I improved prompt and tool-call quality, optimized context windows, and worked on RAG retrieval, working on conversation success and latency metrics.

Earlier in my career I built ML/NLP systems in fintech at Copia Wealth Studios. That mix taught me to care about the whole lifecycle: model behavior, service reliability, and the metrics that tell you whether either is working.
